Lindsay Sinopoli

Lindsay Sinopoli

Sleep Specialist · Founder, Jolly Good Sleep

Lindsay Sinopoli is a pediatric sleep and parenting consultant who holds eight certifications from leading institutes, including the Family Sleep Institute, the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants, and the Happiest Baby Institute. Her path began with her own first baby — reflux, colic, and no sleep in sight — and the exhaustion of feeling like everyone had advice but no one had answers. Eight years of study later, she has helped hundreds of families transform sleep, feeding, and potty training using attachment-led, evidence-based methods. Her goal is simple: restorative rest for your child, and the confidence to troubleshoot whatever comes next — no more guesswork.

Simone Toomer

Simone Toomer

IBCLC · Doula

Simone Toomer is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant — the gold standard in lactation care — and a certified breastfeeding counselor with over a decade of experience supporting families through feeding. As a certified birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator, and the founder of Wise Womban Doula, she understands feeding not as an isolated skill but as part of a family's whole transition into parenthood. Simone's philosophy centers on honoring this season as a rite of passage, and she brings that same warmth and wisdom to feeding support — tailored to each family's unique needs, without judgment or one-size-fits-all rules.

Dr. Annelise Cunningham

Dr. Annelise Cunningham

Psychologist, PhD, PSYPACT

Dr. Annelise Cunningham is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in attachment, grief, and trauma, with deep expertise in supporting families through medical complexities. Trained extensively in hospital and medical settings, she understands the NICU as more than a medical experience — it's a profound emotional one, and families deserve real support through it. She currently divides her time between her private practice, Otterly Connected, and serving women at Femwell Gynecology & Wellness in Charlotte, NC. Her work helps parents protect their bond with their baby, process the unexpected, and care for themselves through one of parenthood's most challenging starts.

Dr. Annie Linville

Dr. Annie Linville

PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Dr. Annie Linville is a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist and the founder of GROW PT in Charlotte, NC. A Doctor of Physical Therapy with backgrounds in athletic training and strength and conditioning, she specializes in helping women navigate pelvic floor changes through pregnancy and postpartum — and reconnect with the active lives they love, from running to lifting to yoga. Annie believes a mother's identity as an athlete doesn't disappear with pregnancy, a conviction she carries personally as well as professionally after the birth of her son in 2022. Her approach pairs clinical expertise with practical education, because small changes often make a dramatic difference.

Jennifer Ford

Jennifer Ford

Counselor, MS, LCMHC, LPC, PMH-C

Jennifer Ford is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who holds the PMH-C, the specialized certification in perinatal mental health. Her expertise comes from both sides of the therapy room: she is a survivor of postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and birth trauma, and she knows firsthand what it means to navigate a difficult postpartum season while caring for a newborn. That lived experience, combined with advanced clinical training, shapes her approach — deeply empathetic, never dismissive, and grounded in truly having been there. Wherever you are in your motherhood journey, Jennifer meets you exactly where you are.
